With the user's consent, we may access data from platforms such as Garmin Connect, Strava, or similar services, including:
- Distance
- Duration
- Workout date
- Activity type
- Heart rate
- Calories
- Elevation
- Lap data
- Device used
This data will not be shared with third parties and will be used only for sports performance tracking purposes.
2.4. Data obtained through Garmin Connect
Data obtained through the Garmin Connect integration is used exclusively for sports tracking purposes within the Treinar Bem platform. This data:
- Is not shared with external Artificial Intelligence (AI) providers or any third-party data processing services.
- Is not sold, licensed, or transferred to third parties.
- Is stored securely and is accessible only to the user (athlete) and the coach linked to the platform.
- May be removed at any time by the user by disconnecting the Garmin Connect integration in the profile settings.
Any future changes to this policy regarding Garmin data will be submitted for written approval by the Garmin Connect Developer Program before implementation.
3. How we use the data
We use the data to:
- Manage groups and training plans
- Generate weekly schedules
- Allow coaches to monitor their athletes
- Improve the platform experience
- Send service-related communications

Data processing is based on:
